Returns Policy

Stick 'n' Stitch Design are committed to ensuring you are happy with all orders and services provided by us. However, if you do need to arrange a return then we are happy to accept goods back within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

Faulty Goods/Received in Error

If you have received something in error, or something is faulty, then please get in touch immediately so we can resolve this for you. We are happy to arrange a return on your behalf. If you have simply changed your mind then we ask that you please arrange your own return. Please note that if you have received the wrong item and we do not have written confirmation of this order, then we are unable to replace the item for you. 

 

Personalized Goods

Goods that have been personalized in any way are not returnable. Please ensure that you check all proof's of artwork thoroughly before confirming you are happy with how it looks. If you have approved a design and the order has been sent to our embroidery/print service then we cannot guarantee that this can be stopped. As well as this, we highly recommend that you try items for sizing before you order. We cannot replace or refund personalized goods that simply do not fit correctly. Although we have size guides available on request, they are a guideline only and we do not hold responsibility for items that do not match the size guide. 

Customization of goods supplied by you.

We understand that sometimes you wish to buy your goods elsewhere, and would like them personalized. Although we are happy to do this, we ARE NOT liable for any damages which arise out of or in connection with the use of our embroidery and printing services.
